broken bed legfaulty shower head
The toilet did not flush properly, this was quite inconvenient. the shower head was partially broken too, made showering less enjoyable. a leg on the bed was broken. I found this unacceptable in a hotel charging these rates. some of the lights could not be switched off at night, this created a very uncomfortable sleeping environment.

Enchanting Stay Near Temple Bar

friendly staffwonderful locationlively atmospherereally good food
I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is wonderful, providing easy access to many attractions. I enjoyed the lively atmosphere of the bar. The food served in the bar was also really good.
The street noise was somewhat noticeable due to the window seal, which slightly disrupted sleep.
Rooms
9/10
The room was spacious and included amenities such as an iron, ironing board, a hairdryer, a coffee kettle, and complimentary toiletries, all useful for a comfortable stay. The bathroom had fresh towels.
Facilities
9/10
Darkey Kelly's, a pub accessible through the hotel, had traditional music and food. The hotel offered two dining choices, so one could decide where to have their meals. Front desk agents were also very helpful with parking.
Location
10/10
The hotel is in a prime location near Temple Bar, placing many popular spots within a short walking distance, with access to Grafton Street and Trinity College. The Guinness Storehouse is also accessible within a walk.

The breakfast offered was a la carte, and the portions were substantial. I found this system convenient, as payment wasn't necessary in advance. The pub downstairs also offered lovely food, and was worth a visit.

The location provides convenient access to attractions. A restaurant and a bar are both on site. The food in the restaurant downstairs is quite good. I found the service in the pub to be friendly.
The single glazing resulted in noticeable street noise during the night!

The room was quite noisy at night. I could hear sounds from the pub below and traffic outside! It really disrupted my sleep. Plus, the carpet in my room had a few noticeable stains. It didn't look very clean, and made me question the overall hygiene of the place.
